If you're a software developer, from this day forward, if you include additional software or any other crap into your installer, your programs will no longer be mentioned or featured on this channel. In other words, your software will be dead to me!…. To the loyal viewers, thanks for watching 🙂
Using VLC in my android, windows and linux. But also agree that there are better media player than VLC. Especially pot player in windows. I like VLC .
I approve on the user choice, had use all of them over the years. Potplayers my new favorite but ain't perfect until you tweak the settings and add some basic codecs to it. VLC is still kind of outdated but is very reliable when everything fail since it has his own codecs embedded and they work right out of the box.
You're the man. Thanks
POTPLAYER ALL THE WAY
A very good way to avoid accidentally allowing BUNDLEWARE to install on your computer/laptop is to install a FREE PROGRAM called " Unchecky " . The purpose of this free program is to automatically " un-check " all the boxes for offers which you may not or don't want installed on your device. It is designed to help protect you from the unpleasant experience of opening your browser (after installing a new program with its bundleware), and discovering that you have a new homepage, a new search engine, or anything else you probably don't want installed; including a new browser. Needless to say, I've had it installed for years… So, if you're tired of BUNDLEWARE; I suggest you check out online the free program called " Unchecky " , read all about what this program is and what it does; then decide for yourself if you want to install the program. After-all, as far as I know, the only thing you stand to lose after installing this program is "BUNDLEWARE"… Lastly, I'd like to mention the fact that I don't know if the good people/experts at TechGumbo know of this program or if they have officially reviewed it in the past. If they haven't I hope they do so because I'd like to know their opinion on it. Thanks TechGumbo for all your helpful videos and advice!
Is there any best quality video settings for pot player please suggest
K lite codec always best
Pot-Player id really good .. it has better video rendering and sync the subtitles readily. I would prefer it over VLC any day
DivX and PotPlayer is god, Thanks i was using OBS studio recorder Then i got lag on my videos When i used DivX it fixed the lag Yay!
Is there any program on windows like movist?
VLC always the best
HI. I HAVE DOWNLOADED VLC NOW 5 TIMES ! WORKS FINE EXCEPT….ALL MENUS ARE IN WELSH ?? EVEN THOUGH I AM DOWNLOADING THE ENGLISH VERSION ?? DOWNLOADED FROM THE VLC WEBSITE….
MPC-HC doesn't have any problems with skipping forward all the others players have the same issue and you can import whatever codec you want.
it did not play 8k video .mp4 format
Can any of these players play at 1.25 1.5 1.75 or 2X's speed?
POT PLAYER IS THE BEST!!! HIGHLY RECOMENDED!!!
why is that? divx player is an error occured in the middle of installing.. pls help
I used to use this software called S-Player, which did an amazing job automatically searching for and displaying accurate subtitles every time I started a movie or show. And the best part is, the downloaded file didn't even crowd the folder consisting of the media; it probably got saved in some remote folder somewhere (never bothered to search). Unfortunately, it seems like they've ended support for it. I'm looking for a good media player that does the same thing.
thanks so much for this video
VLC no longer works.
Excelente.
Gom is whooole new level much better. No buging , syronize titles without bugs suoer eazy to work on it…Free version have some adds what i dont like but plus worth every peny… elso screen is realy more colerful…. very underrated
VLC WAS the best but isn't any more. at some point all my older videos started looking like grey mishmash on screen. tried to upgrade VLC and tried to downgrade it. nothing works. it sucks.
and suddenly that shitty windows media player became useful ……..because it has NO PROBLEM playing those same files.
and i just have one question …….WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED WITH VLC ……….???????????????? ……………………….
potplayer is the best, been using for more than 8 years…clarity, user friendly, sound, settings -the best
best is km player
VLC is the best. Thanks, Man
I downloaded Pot Player twice, in tries to install and it doesn't complete. It continues to close again and again, everytime I relaunch. I have Windows 10 (64 Bit), the website doesn't show Widows 10 as a option…SOoOOOo I am guessing its just not compatible for my device? Such a great player yet it can't be used on new deices? -_- What am I missing?

I was using KMplayer,
Its cool, has a few glitches but obviously i was looking for something other. Thanks for the info, just downloaded potplayer
I have used VLC for a number of years but switched over to PotPlayer not too long ago and have seen a noticeable improvement not only in the video presentation itself but no buffering at all and the fact that it already uses a built-in Codec for some films that require this. I highly recommend PotPlayer to anyone interested.
