Today we hired a couple of bicycles at Inle Lake and pedalled over to the local winery for a wine tasting.
Unfortunately, Rob was pretty sick so it meant the day didn’t go quite as we’d planned!

Find some stores where they do cuppings, which could be really effective.
And eat some vegetables before every meal lately, just to detoxify the body and strengthen the immune system since you've already taken a lot "pressure" from the outside… during the journey while carrying all the baggages and urgencies of navigating and moving from here and there all the time.
